Delete a clip
Permanently deletes a recording clip, including its video data and snapshots. Once deleted, the clip's download_url and sharing_token stop working. A clip can be deleted in any status, including while it is still being processed.
Deleting a clip does not affect the underlying recording — only the clip itself is removed.
