User detail (Admin) — role, capabilities, MFA, linked providers, wallets, sessions, live rentals

Everything that decides what this account can do right now, on one response. Credential material is never projected: no password hash, no TOTP secret or backup codes, no API key hash, no session token. A linked sign-in provider shows its name and when it was linked, nothing else. user.version is the expected-version token for the actions endpoint.
