Look up US companies in official state business registers (Colorado, Connecticut, New York) or list newly formed entities by date: legal name, entity type, status, formation date, state of formation and city, with the source dataset. Official open data, one schema. Company level only: no registered agents, owners, officers, e-mail addresses or street addresses; trade names and sole proprietorships are excluded.

Query parameters

statesstring[]

States to search: CO, CT, NY. Default: all three.

namestring

Part of the legal name (at least 3 characters).

statusstring

Filter by status (for example Active, Good Standing, Delinquent). New York lists active entities only.

entityTypestring

Filter by entity type text (for example LLC, Corporation, DLLC).

formedSincestring

Only entities formed or registered on or after this date (YYYY-MM-DD). Use the date of your last run for new formations.

formedUntilstring

Only entities formed or registered on or before this date.

limitinteger

Maximum entities per state. Each returned entity is one billable result.

Set to 1 for one free call per tool and IP address per day (no payment).

Result (JSON). Every result names its source and the time it was read.
