Whole-questionnaire mode (questionnaire_id) returns a job_id to poll; single-question mode (question_text) returns drafted answer(s) inline. Optional: kb_name / kb_name_list / kb_proj_list, confidence_threshold, additional_prompt, do_update, streaming, is_debug.
