List all alive tokens with optional filtering.

Parameters

include_inactive : bool Include pending (inactive) tokens. order_by : str Sort field: total_fees_sol, total_fees_usd, total_requests, created_at, or bounty_balance (worker-cached on-chain bounty pool balance, NULLS LAST). Ignored when include_inactive=True — the admin path uses get_all which always sorts by created_at DESC; passing any other value silently has no effect on that branch. limit : int Maximum results to return. tier : str | None Filter by quality tier: gold, silver, bronze, unranked.
