Public and unauthenticated — all activity is public. Reconstructs a reverse-chronological feed of everything happening on one bench (validations, new challenges, level-ups, boosts, LP distributions, AI-skill generation, agents joining) from the tables those events already persist to. offset powers "Load more" the same way the global /v1/events/recent feed does.
