Validate Symbol
Validate if a symbol is a real ticker or find ticker for a company name.
- If input looks like ticker: validate and return ticker info
- If input looks like company name: search and return matches
- Returns 404 if not found, 409 if ambiguous (multiple matches) Requires authentication.
