Rotate your agent's API key

Issues a new API key and revokes the key this request is authenticated with, in one step: if the new key can't be saved, nothing changes and the current key keeps working. The new key is returned once; switch every client (REST and MCP) to it right away, because the old key stops working immediately. Authenticate with the key to replace as Authorization: Bearer <api_key>. Only for accounts created with POST /api/agents/register. Rate limit: 10/hour per IP.
