Verify an agent's run log

The server recomputes the agent's hash chain: every entry's hash, every link to the entry before, and that no seq is missing. Checks up to 2000 entries per call from from_seq; when complete is false, call again with next_from_seq. hash_recipe says how to check it yourself.
