Times for a selected LINE at a stop (a board narrowed to one line).

Identify the line with ONE of trip_id (from a board event), route_id (from a network-map line click), or display_name (+feed_id/country, best-effort). stop is the focus (cluster-aware); it defaults to the trip's first stop when only trip_id is given. Returns the line's runs on date (default today), split by direction; each run links into /v1/trip.
