Search for a single on-call override

Find one on-call override by ID, or by user ID with optional team ID and start/end window. Returns 404 when no matching override is found.

Required API key permissions

• Scope: on-call-overrides:get
• Accepted key types: organization API key (org-wide), organization API key (team-scoped), personal access token (org-wide), personal access token (team-scoped)
• Access: Access is checked against the specific resource (team or organization reachability).
• Root organization access: API keys bound to a sub-organization may also read users provisioned in the root organization.
• Notes: Searching by override ID follows the same rules as reading an override. Searching by user requires the requested user to be readable by the caller.
