Theme counts use the SAME filters as the default catalog view (non-mature, and scoped to section when given) — otherwise a theme whose designs are all 18+ or empty in the chosen section shows a chip that yields 0 results (Денис 2026-07-12: скрывать пустые теги, ?section=mens&main_tag=Anime → пусто).
