Api Report

Stream a single visit as a PDF report (all details + embedded photos).

Gated by the FORM passcode (not admin-only) so the inspector who just filed a visit can view / download its report from the success screen. The passcode is read from the ?passcode= query param too, so the URL works directly in an <a href> / <iframe src> (which can't send headers). download=1 forces an attachment; otherwise it renders inline.
