Get a management user's sso status

Use to retrieve a management user's sso status. To fully understand the meaning of this, it is key to realize that Alianza uses Okta in our authorization pipeline, and every managementUser has a corresponding Okta user according to the Okta API. When you query this, we return the <a href="https://developer.okta.com/docs/reference/api/users/#user-status">user.status</a> of the Okta user.
