Delete telephone number on an account

Use to delete a telephone number on an account.<br/><br/> This is not possible if the telephone number has any outstanding activation events.<br/><br/> The phone number is placed in "cooldown" for the number of days specified in <a href="#/~schema/PartitionX">partition.tnDeleteCooldownDays</a>, after which it is returned the inbound carrier unless reclaimed to inventory first. Cooldown is intended to give the customer time to regret their decision and get their number back.<span hidden><br/><br/> See <a href="tnAccount.html#deleteTelephoneNumberOnAccount">here</a> for more information.</span>
