Whether the phone information is limited.<br/>If false, this returns a <a href="#/~schema/DeviceGraphUnlimited">DeviceGraphUnlimited</a> which contains extensive information about the telephone number and account.<br/>If true this returns a <a href="#/~schema/DeviceGraphLimited">DeviceGraphLimited</a> which only lists the phone numbers.
