Mandate Pay

Pay for a resource using a mandate JWT.

The mandate JWT is passed as a standard HTTP Bearer token. No X-Tenant-Id header is required — mandate tokens are cross-tenant.

On success, the mandate's balance_minor is debited and an on-chain transfer from AlgoVoi's hot wallet to the merchant is executed. The response contains a signed access_token granting access to the resource.
