Pricing AI payload for an evaluation

Wholesale / retail range for a Complete eval that has mileage. Pass reasoning=1 to request dealer- and customer-facing insight bullets. Reasoning is async (10–90s): while reasoning.status is processing, dealer and customer are null — poll the same URL every 10–15 seconds for up to ~3 minutes until completed or unavailable.
