List salesperson names and emails

Users in the API key's dealer group (all rooftops, not only the key's dealership), ordered by name. Use Email as userEmail on /dcupdateeval. Eval Link generated accounts are never returned. Only active users by default.

X-Dealer-Idstring

Rooftop to act as. Value is the dealer's uid (not the numeric DealerID). Required on a multi-rooftop partner key; ignored when the key is already bound to a single dealer.

Optional. JSON array of dealership ids from /getevallist DealerID, e.g. "[1234,1235]".

Include deactivated users (staff who have left).
