Get Park Map Tree
Return every non-leaf MapNode in the park's drill-down tree.
Identical handler to v7/parks/{id}/map-tree — the map-tree response shape is provider-agnostic. Re-exposed under v8 so the mobile build that uses v8 parks doesn't need a mixed-version flow. (Florida uses the geographic lat/lng site picker, not MapNodes, so this returns empty for it today — harmless and forward-compatible.)
