List a park's campgrounds (v3 — incl. Parks Canada day-use campgrounds).

The route the SHIPPED builds call (1.6.2 / 1.6.3). It was cut from v2 because a build with no Day Use activity files a "Parking"/"Shuttle" campground under Camping — its camping name-heuristic predates the exclusion — and lands the user on an empty zone list.

Frozen at the pre-permit surface. The shipped builds predate the entry-date UI, so a Recreation.gov permit campground here is a dead end: its zone sells an ENTRY DATE against a daily quota, not a run of nights. Permits are on v4. Public, no auth.
