Facebook Oauth Callback

Facebook OAuth callback.

Receives the authorization code from Facebook, validates the state nonce, stores the FB code for deferred processing, and redirects to the app via deep link. All heavy work (token exchange, Firebase sign-in, DB) happens in /facebook/exchange so the browser dismisses instantly.
