Delete a virtual machine storage attachment

Remove a storage attachment from a shut-off virtual machine. Backing data is preserved by default. Set deleteBacking=true to permanently delete the managed RAW file or ZFS volume as well. Backing deletion is not supported for Downloader media or filesystem shares. Storage topology changes are blocked while the VM is protected by replication.
