Привязать адресата к контрагенту

Привязывает адрес из книги к уже заведённому контрагенту справочника core или снимает привязку (contact_id равен null). Контрагент проверяется справочником: пропавший или архивный даёт 400. Контрагент из почты не заводится. Нужны право записи почты и право чтения справочника.
