Перепровести банковскую операцию без смены полей

Снимает опиравшиеся на операцию погашения, аванс и зачёты, перепроводит её документ одним переходом и разносит её правилом заново. Без confirm_release ответ 409 finance.repost.release_needs_consent со списком released. Закрытый период — 409 finance.transaction.repost_period_closed.
