Finance counterparty terms

Получить коммерческие условия на указанную дату

Возвращает действующую неизменяемую версию; если настройка отсутствует, configured=false, id, valid_from и created_at — null. Контрагента нет в справочнике — 404 finance.counterparty_terms.contact_not_found.
