Получить цены поставщиков

Возвращает последние цены поставщиков на дату с прошлой ценой и изменением в процентах. Цены приходят из проведённых приёмок и документов «Цены поставщика». Условия партии читаются независимо от последней цены по последнему явному прайсу поставщика на эту дату; приёмка их не стирает. includes_vat равен null, если режим НДС исходной цены неизвестен.
