Delete credit card attached to the account as a payment method

The API endpoint /v1/account/{account_id}/payment_method/{card_id} is deprecated. Use https://api.aiven.io/v1/organization/{organization\_id}/payment-method/credit-card/{payment\_method\_id} instead. It will be removed on 2026-07-17.
