平台列表

接口说明：获取当前已注册渠道平台的元数据目录，包括平台展示信息、授权方式、内容限制、媒体规则、发布与互动能力、发布选项 Schema 和可用状态。平台能力可能随服务更新，请以本接口的实时返回值为准。

本接口只查询平台元数据，不会发起账号授权、内容发布或其他平台操作。
