Recommendations

Update a recommendation

Category may target food, activity, or sight. A non-null difficulty requires the resulting stored category to be activity or sight, and moving a row to food clears difficulty. Legacy hotel rows remain editable only when category is omitted; lodging belongs in properties and rooms.
