Get all pilots

Returns a paginated list of pilots with user info. Super Admin may filter by organizationId; other users always receive pilots from their own organization. Optional search is for portal autocomplete; omitting it keeps the legacy paginated list (mobile-compatible).

Sort criteria. Prefer Spring-style repeated params, e.g. sort=status,DESC&sort=id,DESC. Each value is field (default DESC) or field,DIR. Repeated sort params are joined by the binder; a single value such as status,DESC,id,DESC is also accepted. Invalid formats fall back to id,DESC.

organizationIdinteger

When the caller is Super Admin, limits results to this organization; ignored for self-org readers.

searchstring

Optional. Filters by pilot name, registration number, or id. When omitted/blank, returns the legacy unfiltered page (mobile-compatible).
