The public measurement registry

Issued records, newest first, public fields only (the operator email is never stored or served). Two kinds are listed together and each entry says which it is: score-report (id AIO-S0-…), issued for every completed dual-gate attempt and carrying no pass or fail, and certificate (id AIO-C0-…), a legacy record from the period when Tier 0 applied a pass threshold, preserved exactly as signed and marked legacy: true. Returns an empty list until the first record is issued. Every entry is re-verified server-side at read time, so a forged record shows up as signatureValid: false.
