Create Rlhf Export

Create an RLHF dataset export.

Supports multiple formats:

  • anthropic_hh: Anthropic Human-Harmlessness format
  • openai_rm: OpenAI Reward Model format
  • dpo: Direct Preference Optimization format
  • aimrank_full: Full AimRank format with all metadata

For large exports, returns an export_id to check status. For small exports (<1000), returns data directly.
