List end-of-life runtimes

Returns the global end-of-life catalog for runtimes, frameworks, and operating systems. This is reference data, not the runtimes detected in a workspace. Match an end-of-life finding's affected package to runtime_name. A date of 0000-00-00 means the version is end-of-life without a known date. A date of 9999-01-01 means no end-of-life date has been announced.
