Authenticated immutable financial facts, independently of retained access receipts. Historical coverage is qualified, never certified lifetime. Exact base units and historically proven quoted gross USD; no current FX. Wallet scope uses only server-derived current and proven historical payouts, disclosing public facts for unknown site associations. No payment or receipt is created.
