Filterable JSON site index for research agents

Returns the aicoolies catalog as a typed JSON index of tools, comparisons, reviews, stacks, use cases, categories, and tags. Supports conditional GET via If-None-Match. CORS is * for GET and OPTIONS. Responses carry RateLimit headers so a client can self-throttle. Version-pinned alias of /api/agents/context; both paths run the same handler. Versioning and deprecation policy: https://aicoolies.com/developers#versioning.

Category slug. Limits tools and related records to that category.

Comma-separated collections to include. Allowed: tools, comparisons, reviews, stacks (deprecated, always empty), use_cases, categories, tags.

compactboolean

When true, each included collection is an array of slugs only.
