Model catalogue with credit costs

Every generation model available on the platform with its flat per-generation credit cost. Model IDs use underscores (e.g. kling_3_0, veo_3_fast); dashed forms are accepted everywhere and normalized. No API key required; sending one is accepted and simply identifies the caller.
