List public competitors

List all published competitor comparison pages. Returns a lean projection (slug, name, logo, tagline, domain, sortOrder) ordered by sortOrder ASC so the web app can render the /compare index without a second round-trip. Drafts (rows where published_at IS NULL) are excluded.
