Complete Onboarding

Finalize the onboarding wizard: stamp the completion milestone and soft-fill the user's job-match preferences + AI persona from the wizard answers (only filling targets that are still empty). Idempotent - re-calling is a no-op for the soft-fill. An optional autoApplyMode arms the persona's auto-apply status when the user opted into autopilot (only when still at the seeded default).
