Import LinkedIn Profile from Public URL

Best-effort import from a public LinkedIn profile URL via a single capped browser render. On success the profile is parsed into the same structured data the resume-parse endpoint produces. On block/failure, returns { blocked: true } (the URL is still persisted on the application profile) so the frontend can prompt the user to upload their PDF / export instead.
