Suggest Application Profile fields from parsed resume

Reads the authenticated user's most recent parsed resume and returns per-field suggestions (currentEmployer, yearsOfExperience, highestEducation, workAuthorization). Each suggestion carries a source flag so the UI can show a "From resume" badge.
