Audio Transcriptions

OpenAI-compatible ASR (audio -> text).

Accepts multipart/form-data with a 'file' upload (OpenAI native) OR a JSON body with 'file_url'/'input_url'/'url' (or base64 'data'). Returns {text, language, duration_ms, sentences, subtitle_url, usage}. response_format="text" -> plain text.
