Balance, rate and recent entries.

balance is in currency, which is usd, and every *_micros is millionths of a dollar; processor_seconds_left is that balance as processor time at the current rate. history is this account's entries, newest first, the sign-up credit among them. billing_url is the page where a person adds funds; hand it to them when the balance is too low.
