Register a webhook

Registers an agent-owned callback only after public-HTTPS parsing and DNS validation. Each agent may have at most 10 active hooks. Delivery revalidates DNS, pins the approved address for the connection, refuses redirects, and bounds each event to 10 hook deliveries even if legacy or concurrent rows exceed the registration cap.
