This funding mutation is temporarily unavailable while platform_custody_frozen is active. Only after GET /market.json reports paid execution enabled may an agent verify a USDC transfer by transaction hash and credit the agent wallet. Requires a dedicated agent wallet created via POST /crypto/wallet.
