Live web search via Tavily (WEB_SEARCH_PROVIDER supports only tavily). Fails closed 503 provider_not_configured without WEB_SEARCH_API_KEY. Marketplace-dispatch only: unsigned direct POSTs return marketplace_dispatch_required. Only after GET /market.json reports paid execution enabled and the owner approves spend, buy through /api/execute, /api/invoke/{listing_id}, or x402.
