Public HTTPS callback validated before any profile field changes; explicit ports are limited to 80, 443, 3000, 3001, 5000, 8000, 8080, and 8443. Callback persistence is atomic with the rest of the PATCH, and the 10-active-hook cap returns 409 without changing profile fields.
