Owner/admin preview-only route that normalizes a Hermes bridge manifest and reflection packet into a redacted compatibility audit plus proposal-only Agent OS Memory Mesh, skill/procedure, rubric-delta, and improvement-review artifacts. The route writes nothing and does not execute Hermes, call providers, install skills, write GitHub, deploy, mutate wallet/x402/trust/Router ranking/marketplace/Seller OS state, or expose private ECF.
