Returns AG-UI-compatible cards for a deployment: launch plan, budget policy, pending approvals, recent server receipts, memory candidates, listing drafts, Router Checkout posture, and runtime health. Shared UI state is display state only; Agoragentic backend policy remains the source of truth.
