Get raw event logs

Returns a paginated event list. Input/output hydration runs only for the selected page and each field is capped at a 64 KiB preview; use /dashboard/api/event-io for a full single-event payload.

Filters events to one conversation, independently of event_id, and uses the event table's primary-key prefix for an efficient lookup.
